Join us on a cruise back in time, where we share the history of a once forgotten swamp and the inspirational people that made Miami what it is today. The cruise will take you up the Miami River to learn about Julia Tuttle and her great achievement of partnering with Henry Flagler to bring the railroad to Miami. As well as learning about Carl Fisher and the creation of the 'Venice of the Americas' Star, Hibiscus, Palm, and Venetian islands. Not to worry for those that want to hear about the modern city; we will also point out all the known celebrity houses as we cruise through the bay.
Our sunset Vizcaya all-inclusive cruise, featuring specially prepared hors d'oeuvres to complement an elegant and ever-changing wine selection. In addition, we have imported and domestic beers for you to enjoy! You will cruise past the mansions of the Venetian Islands and the remarkable skyline of Miami before heading out to the open waters of Biscayne Bay. You'll arrive at Vizcaya the same way James Deering did on Christmas Day in 1916.
Embark on a unique and stunning morning boat ride across Biscayne Bay to the legendary Stiltsville. Glide past the Cape Florida Lighthouse on the turquoise waters surrounding Key Biscayne, all while enjoying a light lunch tray of fruits and appetizers. Hear tales of gambling and debauchery from the 1930s through the 1960s, and learn about Stiltsville's appearances on 'Miami Vice' in the 1980s. Stiltsville once represented the wild side of Miami. Stiltsville by boat is the only way to visit the six remaining houses built on stilts in Biscayne Bay, a mile out to sea. These houses are now part of Biscayne National Park.
